Job seekers that have a valid driver's license for the job will select "Yes". Employers needing a candidate with a valid driver's license for the job will select "Yes" as well.

Job seekers that have a reliable vehicle select "Yes". Employers that require a reliable vehicle select "Yes".

Job seekers please select "Yes" if you require mileage to be compensated by employers. Employers select "Yes" if you will compensate mileage.

Job seekers select "Yes" if you have liability car insurance. Employers select "Yes" if you will provide liability car insurance.

It is strongly recommended that you take the time to answer all the fields in your housekeeping profile. In order to maximise your chances in finding the right employment match for you on Perfect Match Care - one that is inline with your values and interests - it is important that you represent yourself in a truthful and open manner. All the best with your employment search and remember to keep your housekeeping profile up-to-date!

Job seekers describe your experience - if any - taking care of a home. Employers describe your family background and needs. (Is there anything a prospective employee should know about your family dynamics? Perhaps an employee will have to deal with individuals with behavioural issues? Transparency is the key!

Job seekers select all the settings in which you have housekeeping experience. Employers select the setting(s) that you require housekeeping experience.

Job seekers select the total number of years you have experience in housekeeping/cleaning. Employers select the number of years of housekeeping/cleaning experience required.

Job seekers state if you have three (3) references (names and contacts) to support your suitability as a housekeeper. Employers state if you have three (3) references (names and contacts) to support your need for housekeeping.

Finally, you have come to the end of the PerfectMatchCare.ca onboarding process! At this time, state any deal breakers that are needed for employment. Be sure to clarify anything that has yet to be addressed thus far.

Everyone has limitations that they will not tolerate in relationships - a working relationship is no exception. There is nothing worse than to accept a position (Job Seekers) only to realise both parties (Job Seekers and Employers) do not share similar values. What criteria must be met before pursuing onboarding? In other words, what criteria are requirements to accepting a position (Job Seekers)? As Employers, what are you willing to offer? What are your Deal Breakers? Only select those options you agree with. If applicable, select either "Benefits" or "% of Pay in Lieu of Benefits". Do not select both.

Job Seekers and Employers alike state anything that is very important to you that has not been mentioned (and you deem noteworthy) in finding an employment connection. Go for it - no holds bar!
